Improving the reliability of operation of the complex of structures of the kuiganyar hydraulic unit

The article is devoted to the issues of assessing reliability and safety hydraulic system located on Karadarya River in Andijan region Republic Uzbekistan. results actual measurements their comparisons with requirements for hydropower facilities according technical design current standards building codes rules (BCR) are presented such key indicators as: maximum minimum costs, marks water horizons, bottom inlet outlet riverbeds; stock top dams structures over forced horizons; stability slopes integrity fastening normal operating conditions; siltation supply channel erosion river behind shield dam; filtration strength soil base structures; vertical precipitation horizontal displacement parts concrete elements (bulls, foundations, apron walls, ponuros, etc.); condition shutters, lifting mechanisms, gate position sensors (DPZ-500) levels (WL); conducting routine tests electric motors, transformers, power lighting wires compliance POC PTS.
